Club Security
Contact numbers.
All current committee members and useful telephone numbers can be found under the HOME page and on the back of your fixture card. Please contact any member of the committee should you have any questions.
Electric fence.
We have an electric fence round the green. The controls are in a shed on the green. Instructions for turning the current on and off are inside the main door of the clubhouse and in the shed itself. Once you have finished using the green the fence must be re-assembled and switched on before leaving the green.
Keys.
A pavilion key and a locker key are provided for the duration of your membership. Please do not keep your pavilion key on a key ring which will identify where it fits. In case of loss, please tell the Treasurer.

You have access to a locker during your membership. However, do not keep valuables in it. The club is not responsible for any loss or damage to your locker’s contents. This key is provided free of charge but if you lose it, you will be charged £10 for a replacement.
Keys to the green are kept in the clubhouse. They should be replaced immediately after opening the green and the storage sheds. They are not required for locking up the main sheds on the green, apart from the up-and-over garage door, as those locks are push/lock self-closing.

Burglar Alarm
We have a burglar alarm, and operational details of this will be provided. Please set the alarm when you are leaving the building, except for home matches and roll-ups when you just need to make sure the main door is locked. Remember to check that no Bowling club members are in the pavilion before you lock the main door.
The Tennis Club have a separate key for their door at the other end of the building.
